Food shop, typical products and sweets, grappas and wine from Langa. Open all year long except on Tuesday. Since 1999 it is managed by Ferrian Germano together with his wife experienced in French, English and German.

Further than bread, “grissini” and foodstuffs, the shop offers a large enogastronomic range




SALAMI AND CHEESES


Barolo and truffled salami, baked salami, sausages, lard from Langa, sheep, cow, goat and mixed “tume”, piedmontese cheeses. All handcrafted products made by men of long experience living in the region.

 

   
SWEETS

Typical piedmontese and handcrafted sweets: from the classical cake to the “nisurin” biscuits, to the “brutti ma buoni” (ugly but good), to the sweet truffle, everything made with nuts (“the gentle round from Langhe”); the chestnut cakes, the soft macaroon, the “cuneesi” with rhum”, barolo wine, nut and others; the “torrone” of Sebaste typical from Gallo Grinzane Cavour.
   
PRODUCTS IN JARS

A huge selection of products in jars: truffles and mushrooms, creams, sauces, hors d’oeuvres ….

The extra vergin olive oil, the balsamic vinegar, the truffled oil, salami and cheeses in olive oil with truffle; “pasta”, “tajarin” with truffle produced in Serrralunga.
   
WINES AND GRAPPAS

A huge selection of wines and grappas from the most famous producers of Serralunga and surroundings: from dolcetto to barolo and barbaresco, to the white wines such as arneis, gavi, favorita, moscato and sparkling wines…. to the smooth or dry grappas and of course the original and famous “Barolo Chinato”.
   
It is possible to taste products, wines and grappas.
